Yep, Company goes into massive debt at the shareholders expense. Funnel cash into the CEO and family via payroll and bonuses, make it appear as though work is being done, deliver on absolutely nothing. It's the business world equivalent of a false front western town. Nothing to see here except fraud, cons, and insider enrichment.
