Agreed. Since American Express has a Judgment against him for non-payment, I would doubt any other credit company would issue a real CC to him.

I still think Nevada's revised statutes, with the requirement that HPNN can no longer conduct business illegally in his headquarters state is the reason for for the Administrative Hold. If so, he would have been sent at least one warning though his registered agent before they refer him to the attorney general and place HPNN on Administrative Hold (a very serious development).

I absolutely agree that it has to be the Nevada revised statutes that have led to the Administrative Hold.
