I don't think you understand management's growth and leverage strategy. Money spent on audits at the moment is wasted money other than to provide you an additional comfort level and a quick return on your investment. A couple 100 million share dilution is nothing when it is being used to grow a company with growing assets and revenues. Most companies on the OTC are diluting billions of shares with zero revenue.
