99% of OTC companies don't claim 28 companies under their umbrella, don't claim mega millions in revenues and certainly don't claim they have audits coming for 3 straight years.

Except for last year when all OTC companies were up in a bull market, Respectfully, can you explain why we've been stuck at a penny with all these revs and reduced debt for years on end ? You can't just say that's not the issue and not provide what you think the real issue is, because IMHO, it's time to see those audited fins, only then can we move up to a OTCQX or QB listing at the very least.
