Adding to last post I am replying to.

And I believe this is something many OTC stocks that are behind on filings are having to deal with.

Bottom of page 21 under NOTE 8 it states:

Except as noted below, management has evaluated subsequent events to the requirements of ASC 855, and there are currently no subsequent events to report.



On January 22, 2020 the company filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Which their basically saying their are "subsequent events" happening due to requirements of ASC 855. And that subsequent event is having to file Form 15, to deregister.


Please correct me if I am wrong in any way, interpreting it incorrectly etc. If you agree please let me know. I've spent a lot of time researching this, ASC 855 etc. And that's my final thought...SVTE involuntary filed to deregister BUT is coming back.
