I have read through it... and if I understand everything correctly we still have no construction, no production mining, no financing, no off-take agreements, no one from NewCo/MSB talking to anyone in the Boric government, no word from Mitsui (or similar hopefully-more-competent 4th JV partner), no real schedule with hard dates for construction and no hint of any Whitey gringos even talking to NewCo/MSB about anything promising whatsoever... please correct me if I have missed anything of true/vital/important significance in this first read.

PS, it has gotten so that reading anything from these only-working-25%-of-the-time (see page 19 of 72 under Service Agreements) boring ozzies anymore is a complete mind-numbing drudge. This is surely not the case with Bearing... mainly because Bearing basically gives us nothing even halfway enjoyable to read.
