Typical for Canadian stocks which trade on OTC.
It is based on the stock price in Canada and then converted to US dollars based on the currency rate for that minute.
There have been several Canadian mining stocks with major discovery. The last I remember was Aurelian in 2004. There was Diamond Fields 1990's, San Fransisco Gold in 1990's and Arequipa also last 1990's.

This company released some major news yesterday. They only have 22 million shares outstanding. They own the property 100%. This could be a huge discovery.

Aurelian went from $1.50 to over $40
Diamond Fields went from $2 to over $200
Arequipa went from $1 to over $30
San Fransisco Gold went from $1 to $30.

The last time I bought Canadian miner was 2012. GoldQuest (GQC). That was a good trade. Went from $0.30 to $2. That stock has a lot more shares outstanding.

Good luck. I am holding my shares and will buy more if this drops below $0.50 again.
Just be careful because most mining stocks drop after they release drill results.
99.99% of mining stocks fail. Could this be 0.01%???????
