I see they just verified their profile @ OTC Markets, I believe the Business Description was changed, that use to have the Progressus information there....and that's been removed and now reads:

BioQuest is positioned to generate revenue by acquiring established companies who have a current presence in industries and bring new products to the market generating immediate revenues, created and marketed by BioQuest.

Perhaps this Progressus merger is not going to happen, it was a non-binding LOI and it has taken awhile...so...hmm..??

Would not really break my heart honestly, I do think the tech looks interesting...BUT.. 90M share isuance seems extreme and having a couple low priced penny stocks like MOTNF and AABVF holding the bulk of the shares does not exactly inspire a ton of confidence, even if their shares are restricted.......I think they could find a better merger/acquisition IMO.
