I would call it a refi to buy time, which I think is expectable after the feds BSing for so long, but also agree that a refi on it's own is not enough to fuel a serious run. The whole cannabis sector should be ready to come out of summer mode now or soon as we head toward elections, but the overall market is not great. Would be extra nice if cannabis stocks and ETFs could get some big runs in a down market.
