Is there ever a circumstance where a company doesn't want the price to go up just yet? I'm sure if they wanted to they could put out superficial PR's and updates to drive the price up...It seems to me they're more worried about getting WWTBAM off the ground not to mention other hopeful deals. Maybe they're doing it this way to allow certain people to accumulate at a cheap rate. Just an opinion, I'll be the first to admit that I'm a rookie investor...Chunky-g
