value as collateral to raise money.

They don’t have a confirmed wreck site with a known cargo and legal right to title, and there’s no proof they know that means.

They don’t have patents but claim they have game changing technology. The CEO says he believes the stock can go to $10 without a RS, but the BOD’s is selling shares at .002 to keep the dream alive.

Kyle admits dilution is bad but the sheeple seem to disagree. They appear to love it.

Wonder if that’s who’s getting those discounted shares from the company.

Regardless, because the company’s research is so weak, they have no choice but to dilute or go under.
