If not for the permanent dilution, this stock was already well above $1 several weeks ago.

But when the rally starts, it's all going to be very fast. Looking at the RSI on the weekly chart, I can see a long white candle, or several, in the next few days/weeks.

I see a rally to 1.48, easily.
