At this point he should probably throw in the towel and do RS. With (hopefully) tiny float, IF he doesn't dilute like last time, there is a chance this takes off ~ especially if there is in fact decent amount of shares shorted as some claim. No one really knows the real # of shares out there. No transparency = no trust.
