We've covered this. Mexus has not accomplished anything. (Pictures of a leach pad that has produced less than 200 oz of gold is not an accomplishment. An 80 year old miner with a donkey and gold pan could have pannend as much gold as Mexus for and spent less than 1/100th of what Mexus spent).

Yes, the next step requires mega bucks, but the mega bucks aren't coming because Mexus wasted $38 million and have no provable reserves or repeatable process to produce gold, let alone produce gold at a profit.
