Since you brought it up. Thought maybe this needs to be reposted from last night.... It does go towards showing How often these reviews can be wrong or mislabeled And most don't bother To Notice the anomali's or consider that situation change.

Many of the reviews of the companies in one of the touted "best of" list were worse than anything Epiffany had ( Implying that epiphany should have been on that list..baahaaa)? That boads a lot of confidence for these so called "lists"

BEAKING NEWS: MORE FALSE STATEMENTS EXPOSED!!!

Someone must have spent hours looking through all the reviews to find these bad ones..... But if you look at them for just a couple minutes you automatically see that something's wrong. Of course You'd actually have to read something to figure it out.
Let's start with a Epiphany cafe Henderson
You read the reviews and you're hearing all these comments about various Indian foods. I didn't Realize epiphany cafes had such diverse menu options. BUT

The sad but hilarious thing you see when going to this link is that it is not even EPIPHANY CAFE... But some place called Bikenervala that offers, surprise surprise, Indian food.
Obviously, somewhere somehow this restaurant got screwed up with Epiffany cafe.

Those involved can apologize for jumping the gun and not researching further.

As for the St Lukes location. Something didn't smell right there either. It's possible they had some staffing issues which hopefully they have replaced. But one thing I noticed is that for those that are Within the last 3 months, Someone from epiphany is responding to the customer complaints... Which is exactly what we should expect and want them to do. But here's the funny part. These 3 epiphany responses will probably give you a clue as to at least a good part of the problem.... It might sound similar to the same issue with Henderson.

That perhaps before they started started answering customers there were other other foods that doesn't sound like those that epiphany would offer.
