i've heard this on two other muln boards,
don't have a source or know if true so, has anyone else heard or have info on...

a filing by muln - michery to SEC concerning
any of shares being diluted must be priced under .84 ?????
if true...
i must have a pencil jabbed deep in my eye socket because,
i don't comprehend the strategy about this ???

does anyone have info on this?
is it just bunk or any thoughts
