Actually the doctor was concentrating on the animal testing when he first took over,
Which took the university of Washington and Missouri some time because they went after animals that already had cancers in them, instead of growing their own. He was also pushing for the expansion of isopet to help pay for the ide and clinical trials. Which unfortunately did not work out that way. In that time they changed the formula and some other things along the way which all took time.

You should know this since you have been here for years. SMH. Obviously not.
