LITTLE RIVER, S.C., May 29, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PCT LTD (OTC Pink:PCTL), a leader in environmentally safe technologies and cleaning and disinfecting products, recently announced that it is increasing production capacity in response to expected demand for its Annihilyzer® Infection Control Systems and Large Volume Systems.
In the past year, PCT has completely redesigned its production facility in Little River, SC. and reengineered its production processes and equipment. The final steps in the facility upgrade will soon be completed with improvements in plumbing, electrical, and warehousing. The Little River facility houses our current management, financial operations, and R&D department along with our production and testing for the large volume systems for use in Agriculture and Oil & Gas markets. Final assembly, testing, and staging for the Annihilyzer® Infection Control System is also performed at this facility. Current sustainable single shift capacity of the facility is 20 to 25 units per month, which can be increased to 40 to 50 units per month with additional production personnel and shifts.
“Given the high and increasing level of interest in our product it was important to accelerate our production capabilities to meet anticipated demand. We expect to deliver hundreds of units over the next twelve to eighteen months and our ability to handle this demand is critical. Our production plans include maintaining an inventory of ready-to-ship systems sufficient to promptly fulfill orders anticipated over the coming 30 days. PCT has also grown and strengthened its relationship with its cabinet design and station manufacturing partner in Fort Wayne, Indiana. PCT’s Partner has been responsible for assisting with the design and manufacture of the Annihilyzer® Infection Control Systems’ cabinetry and enclosures, cabinet design for the Automated Electrostatic Spray Cart, and final assembly of the Annihilyzer® Infection Control System station. PCT’s Partner also has the onsite manufacturing capacity to build and stage our generator systems which provides reserve and redundant production capacity should it be required.
LITTLE RIVER, S.C., Feb. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PCT LTD (OTC Pink: PCTL), through its operating subsidiary, Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation (PCT Corp), a leader in environmentally safe, non-toxic, antimicrobial solutions announced today it has sold and is currently installing a large volume C-104 Hydrolyte® System to an existing customer, H2S Safe Treat, Inc. of Ada, OK (H2S). H2S requested and has agreed to an option to purchase four more C-104 Systems at the agreed pricing schedule on or before September 15, 2019. H2S currently operates a lower volume C-102 system purchased in July 2018 for the generation of fluids used in its proprietary treatment process which removes environmentally and commercially harmful Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) from crude oil and natural gas. H2S is expanding the beta field-testing of its proven treatment and decontamination processes as it moves toward commercial scale operations.
