The tweet above ended with #LABS. The tweet you posted ended with @labsgroupio.

I don't see any way to ascertain if either or both tweets refer to NSAV or another of his many endeavors. Since he mentioned the Labs Group, and he's the CEO, it would seem these tweets are not related to NSAV but I suppose it's still possible.
