Miguel and "crew" pumped this POS up a "tad" using the USUAL ultra low vol + MEGA wide spread for a few days -

THEN DUMPED INTO IT on very high volume and collapsed it to sub 1/2 CENTS but he "made his bank" and THAT is all that counts on this smoke n mirrors share printing dilution mill con machine !!

Lawsuits and NO CASH and NO actual day to day "business" being conducted via a $99 buck a month rent-a-desk = PROTOTYPICAL OTC con n scam factory :)
