Always good to have competitive bids if that is possible. for pricing, speed of transaction, other terms, etc.

Personally, I think the discussions have been occurring for a long time (no shit) based on scenarios of probability/size for oil/gas in EEZ block 4 (based on block 6 work/analysis). JDZ is along for the ride based on previous findings and possibly further analysis.
