our raw lithium from Chile across the border into Argentina under the new Compromiso Minero program

As you know our very own Uncle Posco is setting up a lithium mining and lithium refining plant in Argentina and under the Compromiso Minero program it would appear we could send our lithium to Uncle Posco for refining bringing our ore up to battery grade specs... and then shipping it out the backdoor in Argentina direct to China https://nationalpost.com/pmn/news-pmn/argentina-says-has-chinas-support-to-join-brics-group
