The spin off is officially in play. 8k filed. Found this quote regarding Nile to be particularly interesting. Seriously doubt now there's a better value playon 600 million in spin offs at .30 cents, sub 100 million value.

The Company, after the planned spin-offs, will retain sufficient capital to continue development of a new Bitcoin marketplace platform.
