I wanted to take time to think about what you said. Maybe is my response..lol. My deepest concern about the S1 is that it not only signal dilution in the future (all though be it for good reason...maybe), but it also a HELL NO signal to a share buy back plan even if they go profitable. We have ruled out a r/s and now the buy back IMO is out, what are we left with to get out of the rut? Organic growth right. The problem with this thought is that the margins are very thin although positive, so what supplies the explosive growth to the company that in turns sets fire to this share price? I really hope that ev sales are impressive or the smart tank dream becomes reality, but that is what we are left with IMO. The acquisitions that may come in the future are probably not going to have the kind of margin necessary to kick it. S1=signals growth is more important than share price and the exchange. Maybe that is good, but it blows to stuck here on the OTC longer than we need be.
