You are right my friend!!!
But this is NOT the stock according to the company you’re talking about. Nobody understands that and there’s no logical explanation besides dilution. But this is fraud!!! Any other stock would shoot up 100% on acquisition news. CEO is plain stupid or greedy and tries to cheat everyone putting $$ in his company. Sad but true…
Time to prove me wrong. But that should at least mean a green close today.
