That is why they try hard to sell shares instead of their Biz - This continued statement implies that all shares that are sold are newly created. In fact, The amount of outstanding shares has actually decreased as of the last quarterly statement. The Very small percentage of reg A shares that were sold to a large investor are the only new shares added in the recent history.... Which are offset by the number of Common shares that have been reduced.
