I have a feeling that courtroom lawyers and judges are well aware that things move very slowly, especially for those who've been waiting a long time to see anything like justice be done to this repeat and unrepentant criminal.
I can only imagine how some of Foley's larger victims feel. I don't think we have any of them on this board any more. I wonder how many were forced into bankruptcy because he took all they had, or how many seniors were bilked out of their retirement savings.
