Useless discussion about breaking ground. Got nothin to do with anything. Only time the "ground gets broken" is after the merger(s) take place when the operational company takes over. Not before. By then the stock will perform how the stock will perform, regardless of the operational side of things.

Sergio is not an operational CEO. He's an administrator who is in the game to facilitate a merger. Post-merger, there's a new name and a new CEO.
