I wasnt here for the halt so not sure what happened or why it was halted

$145M dollars in cash and stock certainly is the reason for the downdraft but not certain why it ran up so fast in the am if this news is ultimately considered dilutive

We all know David had to raise capital for acquisitions and to fund operations but i wasnt expecting such a large acquisition

Im sure this will be a national media event due to the size of the merger
