A warrant was granted by the court that turns into an arrest warrant ($10K bail) if he doesn't show up in court for his twice-missed debtor exam. And he is facing more debtor exams.
That represents basically the entire HPNN market cap.

And I would like to add that the "market cap" is COMPLETELY inaccurate...

HPNN is worth ZERO.....
not to mention HPNN doesn't have any ownership in #digitalSCAM...
not that it matters since Michaels newest Scam is just as worthless as all his previous SCAMS.
