You should just sell your Lithium CEOL (for US$270,000,000-ish) to BYD (or privateer Julio Ponce) or failing that just give it away free to the Mining Ministry as a tax-write-off to establish the Mexico-style NLC (National Lithium Company) and count yourself lucky you got out of this self-made quagmire so easily.
