Hilarious that they chose to put no RS in that PR. Not only is that extremely unprofessional and uncharacteristic of a Nasdaq listed company… it is also just another example of their inability to learn from past mistakes. Ezra was roasted on this board for telling multiple shareholders back in OTC days no RS, and then they did one of the most horrific and unethically executed reverse splits that I’ve witnessed in my lifetime. And here he goes again - same sh*t different day with Ezra.

Not to mention the fact they they just partnered with a relative of the biggest microphone for Ezra’s falsehoods over the years. This would be such a fascinating story if it weren’t for all the innocent people who lost their hard earned money at the hands of a this crook.
