After some DD this stock came to my attention. This why I like it:

- cash runway until Q1/2024 ??
- Near 52-week-low ??
- Tutes own 35% ??
- Insiders own 20% and loaded at a way higher level since Nov 2021 (570k shares between 0.97 and 2.56$), e.g. Erich Platzer (Director) 370k shares for 450k$ ??
- CFO said at conference call for Q2/2022 regarding NASDAQ minimum bid price requirement, that their strategy to drive higher stock price levels is to increase awareness of the 239 asset and its clinical data and to advance both 239 and Lux programs through key clinical achievements. As he stated also: "We believe it's too early to contemplate implementing any other specific actions to address this topic." ??
- Compliance regain until mid Jan 23, another 180 days are possible ??
