Who knows why he raised the A/S. Prob. had plans for future deals. He did not need to raise it to scam the market. He still had almost 1 billion shares in the A/S he could have issued and dumped if he was out to scam the market. Her O/S is smaller today then it was before he raised the A/S over a year ago. Why should I think he did it to scam the market when he is clearly not scamming the market?? smh

"What was the purpose of the massive increase in authorized shares? Did Lenny just do it in the off chance that at some point in the future dilution will be needed?
