Revenue down-60%, A/S up-70% O/S up-475m. Diluting turd whose expenses doubled and the stock is circling the drain. They have to reverse split to hold on to QB and that's 50-70% loss overnight. They will max out current AS in a few quarters as they run out of cash. Stock headed to trips IMO.
