500 million shares authorized on 8/30.usually takes 2-3 days to issue shares.Hovendick should get his shares this week and hopefully withdraw lawsuit next week. Only 53 days before everything has to be completed and I think will be done sooner than there

Here are some opinions trying to read between the lines

1) Hd will probably get more than 100 million shares with lockup period. Won’t be able to sell all at one time. In order to agree with that I believe he will have to ok merger partner because he wants something legit in order to hold for probrably 12 months

2)4 1/2 months ago Frank posted on Twitter all popular shell closed/about to close. Jpex was most popular. If they were close to closing deal 4 1/2 months ago it must be really close now.Stands to reason that merger closing was part of HD package deal and he oks merger company.

All speculation but I do think it makes sense
