2022 Annual General Meeting Date
8 September 2022 – ioneer Ltd (ioneer or the Company) (ASX: INR, NASDAQ: IONR),
advises in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1 that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:00am (Sydney time) on Friday, 4 November 2022.
Shareholders are invited to attend the AGM at Cliftons Venues Sydney, level 13, 60 Margaret
Street, Sydney and online. The detailed agenda and instructions to participate in the meeting
will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be released in late September.
In accordance with ioneer’s constitution and Listing Rule 14.3, the closing date for receipt of
nominations for director candidates other than those recommended by the Board is
Thursday, 15 September 2022.
