They have had billions to sell for years now but in the past 7yrs her whole O/S is still only 2 billion. https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/INKW/security Why are they taking so long for the "billions and billions of shares" to hit the market? It sounds like no proof forward looking scam theory nonsense to me. #squeezetime
