I like what you are saying OmahaInvestor!! Here is my limited thought process using "MP" MP Materials Corp as the example. When they went public on Nov 20th 2020 they were trading around $16.00 a share. On Mar 30th 2022 MP hit a high of $60.00 a share!! WOW. They are currently the number 1 mine in North America....$NIOCORP is currently number #2 or greater....In 3-4 years when we are up and running we could very easily be $60+ a share because the demand will be that much greater. IMO, I see NIOBF being around $30-$40 a share even before we are in full production because supply and demand will be that much greater in the future...Plus a dash of FOMO and NIOCORP is off to the races...This might sound like "Pie in the sky" numbers but when you think about the need and notoriety I maybe spot on!! Either way 2022 will be the the year the world officially knows about NioCorp!
