HPNN also decided to falsely omit the $9 million owed to just one person from HPNN's financial disclosure.
Petey's failure to appear for his court-ordered debtor exam has now resulted in a warrant ordered by the court, which turns into an ARREST WARRANT if he doesn't appear for his next court date this month where he has to disclose all financial assets, etc.

I looks like the person owed the debt will be able to seize Peter's ownership in the digitalage LLC, too.
