Hi Bob, I gave up the ghost today and dumped my holding. The company has shown no consideration to shareholders over the last year and a half. They have diluted, reversed, and missed on practically every production estimate they made. The asset sale of Topia and etc, is what upsets me the most. What about the proceeds from that transaction? They are acting like they have nothing in the way of cash and their filings do not indicate that.

If they have burned through the proceeds from the equity offering last year (23 million) and what they got from the Mexican asset sale, there is no reason to believe they can continue to operate into the future.

This management team should write a book on how to destroy a business. I don't usually make those types of comments, but they deserve it. I know the weather, Covid, supply chain, and government regulations have hurt them, but the rest of the miners have the same challenges and they seem to be surviving,

Why would you reverse split the shareholders to stay on the NYSE American and two months later make this pre bankruptcy filing? Were they that out touch with their financial situation?

Anyway, I wish the best for all of you holding on. Maybe they can come to an arrangement that benefits common shareholders.
