$50 million total of investment into OCEL now... seems like someone is believing in OCEL. That's a lot of money to drop in something that's failing. I wonder if they found something in OCEL that's definitely worth money or a buy out... or something. IF THIS NEWS keeps going, we should see $0.08 to $0.11 in no time. we broke the $0.04 ceiling... $0.041... even if it's only temporary. I wish I had bought more on the last buy... especially down at the .018 range. I was going to double down and balked.
