I have no doubt there may be some relationship, but it was not stated in the article you referenced!

Another thing, these financials were audited by a third party firm - so we do not know who is actually responsible for accounting discrepancies. But ultimately Craig (CEO) is responsible over the entire company. I'm sure it will be worked out.

How the Chairman of the Board was involved maybe one day we will find out.
