You would think. Amex is the worst of all markets. They make pink OTC look great. The dilution pollution didn't help and there's obviously a lot of pissed off whales the CEO created over his tenure. Just speculating but probably more right than wrong. The bait switch dividend didn't help either by establishing the preferred. Maybe he's planning on something there to NILE shareholders??
