It's too bad the OTC has so many sleaze ball companies, and CEOs that get away
with pulling the wool over investors eyes, when the very same investors could have
just recently bought into PCTL between .005-.007. Congrats to the newbies that did
buy. You're sitting sweetly on money made. Last look PCTL is .008. Congrats again.

From catalysts being worked to signed deals, it's only a matter of time before PCTL
provides strong press releases on deals in the Oil and Gas, H/C, AG, etc. industries.

So glad, like recent new buyers, I bought PCTL low and still continue to nibble in the
dips. I remain a PCTL Long, strong, positive, patient, and ready to roll up at any time.
