Its too bad the OTC has so many sleaze ball companies and CEOs that get away with pulling the wool over investors eyes

Look where the alleged Factual DD got investors.. lol

Listening to that nonsense got investors wiped out.

Fortunately, some knew better and filtered out all the company BS to expose PCTs never ending trail of failures.
