It seems strange to me that you think I sold. If I sold I wouldn't be annoyed with the price I would be out and moving on. No I have not sold anything. But I sure invested much more than I would have since had I know to the extent Chan lies and exaggerations in the form7s. Each month he has one or two items that occur 3 to 6 months after first being reported as occurring soon or at a time that moves, is something that appears then disappears never to return, or turns out to be very misleading. But what really set me off was him responding to an investor after all those deceptions with a recommendation to that person to keep their eyes out for buying opportunities. I translate that as big share dump-age is in our future. FYI, that was before we got below 0.002 cents. I don't think its over yet either. $100,00 a quarter that is expected to double by years end (they estimated that when they forecast a doubling current units by then) will not pay their reoccurring expenses and salaries.

They aren't at risk of going bankrupt and are still building their business so I am holding. Hopefully the keep the dilution to an amount that I can break even when the price increases. But I think we have some big dumps left before we get cut a break.
There is a reason Chan responded to an email telling that investor to 'look for opportunities'. That is pretty much announcing they will be dumping shares such that the price is going to tank.
