Petey still doesn't account for restricted vs. unrestricted shares on OTC markets and still has not got the "Transfer Agent Verified" (big red flag). Are some just 'certs' he gave out that can't be deposited anywhere, per some things I read?
He has the capability to update this, just like any other company.
