He needs to pay back the $9 million judgment (not disclosed on the books) plus the lenders he took money from already and now have liens against his (as sole control person) and HPNN's assets.

He's taken out so much from HPNN investors already, THERE IS LIKELY NO COMING BACK.....EVER, imo.

He relies on those that do not do DD (or ignore it) to give him money or buy the toxic death spiral shares being dumped.
