If you go back to the period where it ran to .01 you will find heavy promotion and no one was talking about the debt from the previous closed treatment center. Wild speculation about the potential has now turned to the reality of the balance sheet. This 2 year story is now done and the numbers are in. Several notes are now in default including the $3.9 million in series "N" notes. They should have split this early in the year and came with a direct offering like so many have after the rule 144 changes late last year. They seem to just be running out the clock at this point and kicking the can down the road a bit more.
